THE 4 WEEK JOURNEY 

WEEK ONE: MEET YOUR BASELINE

You do not rise to your goals; you fall to your baseline ;-). This week is basically: “holy sh*t… my brain/body has not just been randomly sabotaging me for fun this whole time” and it's liberating AF.

Because so many women are walking around believing they’re lazy, undisciplined, too emotional, bad at consistency, bad at relationships, bad at business, bad at confidence, bad at life…when really?

It's just your baseline, AKA your default 'setting'. And this week is about raising it!

WEEK TWO: BREAK THE LIMITS

This is the week where we expose all the invisible little stories quietly running your entire reality from backstage.

The: “I’m not enough.”, “I’ll probably fail.”, “It’s safer to stay small.”, “I’m too much.”, “I’m behind.” ,“People will judge me.” ,“I can’t trust myself.”, “I always mess things up.”....

And the wild part? Most people don’t even realise these beliefs are THERE because they’ve repeated them for so long they just feel like reality.

This week is about identifying the subconscious beliefs, identity loops, emotional conditioning,
and baseline patterns that may be shaping  your confidence, relationships, money, self-worth, business, boundaries, and basically the ENTIRE way you move through life.

Through powerful breathwork, nervous system work, and identity shifts, we begin breaking the emotional attachment to the old stories so you can stop unconsciously recreating the same life on repeat. 

WEEK THREE: LET YOURSELF WANT WHAT YOU WANT

OOOOOF. This week is BIG.

Because once survival mode starts loosening its grip… desire comes back online.

A lot of women have become SO disconnected from what they actually want because they’ve spent years surviving, people pleasing, being practical, being “realistic,” making themselves smaller, or convincing themselves they don’t really care anyway.

Meanwhile their soul is in the corner screaming: BABE WE WANT MORE.

This week is about reconnecting to desire, possibility, confidence, self-expression, future-self energy, and the version of you who is actually AVAILABLE for a bigger life.

This is future-self energy. Main character energy. “Maybe my life actually gets to be incredible” energy.

WEEK FOUR: MOVE.

This is the week where we stop overthinking, hesitating, processing forever, waiting for perfect timing, and planning our lives instead of actually living them.

Because breakthrough means absolutely NOTHING if your life never changes afterwards.

This week is about action, courage, momentum, self-trust, nervous system movement, and becoming the woman who MOVES instead of endlessly preparing to move.

This is the anti-overthinking week. The: “my life is actually changing now”
week.

Because at some point… you do not need another podcast episode. Another quote. Another journal prompt. Another sign from the universe.

Baseline is our longer-term breathwork program.

BASELINE GAVE ME FREEDOM. Prior to BASELINE, I had been struggling with a big contraction and going back to drinking alcohol and stalling on my business plans. Now? I can feel my baseline / capacity to hold myself has increased / strengthened significantly. I am doing what I say I will / want to in my personal life and in my biz, I am holding myself through the contractions and things that come up and I have stopped drinking again. And I have developed a daily breathwork practice, and am able to hold myself through a full breathwork session (previously I had alot of resistence to breath work)! BASELINE has helped me come back to myself again and to come back stronger and better than before. Before BASELINE, I felt so stuck in my capacity to do work, make sales and even train. I've been struggling a lot with chronic fatigue the past few years and was feeling so stagnant. I was very reliant on getting safety and validation externally. Now, I am a lot more confident in self sourcing. I feel like i have quantum leaped feeling more comfortable sharing and being seen in a community space, which I often avoid and sit in the background.

Something clicked this month and I feel like I have my life back, i have my soul back and I am so excited for the future again because I am back in the drivers seat.

Before Baseline, on a daily basis I felt a bit on edge and adjusting to being a mum of 3, three years old and under. Now, I am thinking more from my future self and consistently using the tools we learnt to regulate my nervous system such as telling myself “body, we are safe now, what do you need in this moment?” and proceed to sway, shake, breathe, hum or sigh depending on what my body answers. I have joined a gym class twice a week and doubled my prices, stretching my baseline as I go. I am also doing cold showers and each time I do something courageous I remind myself that I am expanding and it is safe to raise my standards and my ceiling! Baseline gave me the confidence to step into my future self and the insight to where my nervous system has been holding me back.
