Breathwork sessions with me are guided, contained, and designed to help your body settle rather than overwhelm it.

We begin with a brief check-in so you can arrive and let me know anything relevant about how you’re feeling. I’ll explain the breathing style we’ll be using and what to expect, so nothing feels unfamiliar or rushed.

You’ll then be guided through the breathwork itself with clear cues and ongoing support. You’re always in control — you can slow down, pause, or stop at any point. There’s no “doing it right” and no pressure to have a particular experience.

During the session, people often notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or a deep sense of calm. Others simply feel more present and grounded. All responses are normal.

We finish with grounding and integration, giving your nervous system time to settle and your body space to absorb the experience. You’ll leave feeling steadier, clearer, and more resourced — not rushed back into your day.

Baseline is our longer-term breathwork program.

BASELINE GAVE ME FREEDOM. Prior to BASELINE, I had been struggling with a big contraction and going back to drinking alcohol and stalling on my business plans. Now? I can feel my baseline / capacity to hold myself has increased / strengthened significantly. I am doing what I say I will / want to in my personal life and in my biz, I am holding myself through the contractions and things that come up and I have stopped drinking again. And I have developed a daily breathwork practice, and am able to hold myself through a full breathwork session (previously I had alot of resistence to breath work)! BASELINE has helped me come back to myself again and to come back stronger and better than before. Before BASELINE, I felt so stuck in my capacity to do work, make sales and even train. I've been struggling a lot with chronic fatigue the past few years and was feeling so stagnant. Before Baseline, on a daily basis I felt a bit on edge and adjusting to being a mum of 3, three years old and under. Now, I am thinking more from my future self and consistently using the tools we learnt to regulate my nervous system such as telling myself “body, we are safe now, what do you need in this moment?” and proceed to sway, shake, breathe, hum or sigh depending on what my body answers. I have joined a gym class twice a week and doubled my prices, stretching my baseline as I go. I am also doing cold showers and each time I do something courageous I remind myself that I am expanding and it is safe to raise my standards and my ceiling! Baseline gave me the confidence to step into my future self and the insight to where my nervous system has been holding me back.
